Integrations

Connected to what you run. Nothing to rip out.

Pelles reads your projects in Procore, Autodesk and Trimble, pulls the set from wherever your documents live, and works inside Excel, Outlook and Teams. Everyone sees only what they can already open.

Any MCP server. Agents use it.

When a tool you run has an MCP server, your admin can add it to Pelles today. One-click adding from a library is on its way.

  1. 01Add itYour admin pastes the server’s address. Pelles checks it and how it signs in.
  2. 02Approve its toolsTurn on the tools your team needs. If the server changes them, they wait for you again.
  3. 03Use itEach person connects their own account, and agents use the tools. Limit an agent to the servers it needs.

What IT asks before they connect.

Whose permissions does Pelles use?

Each person connects their own Procore, Autodesk, Trimble, Microsoft or Box account, so Pelles sees what that person can see there. Your admin decides which integrations your company can use, and ERP connections like Foundation and Acumatica are set up once, by your admin.

Does Pelles write back to our systems?

Where it does, it’s what you ask for. Agents draft RFIs, submittals and issues in Autodesk Construction Cloud, change events and budgets in Procore, and Quickbase records, and those wait for you to confirm. Bluebeam markups go back to Studio when you click. Your accounting systems are read-only.

How long does it take to connect?

Minutes, for most. Your admin turns the integration on, each person signs in once, then links a project or picks a folder. Procore, Autodesk, SharePoint and Smartsheet keep what you link in sync from then on.

What’s the difference between live and beta?

Live integrations are self-serve in Pelles and in production with customers today. Beta integrations work with early customers, and we set them up with you.

Our tool isn’t listed. Can Pelles still use it?

If it has an MCP server, your admin can add it by its address and your agents can use its tools. Otherwise, tell us what you run: we add integrations as customers need them.

Does Pelles train on data from our systems?

No. Pelles never trains on your content, and it’s SOC 2 Type II attested.

Don’t see your tool? Tell us what you run.

We add integrations as customers need them, and any system with an MCP server connects today. Bring your stack to a 30-minute call.
